2. User Eligibility and Accurate Information

By submitting a request on our platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You own or have the lawful authority to authorize work on the property located at the zip code provided.
• The personal contact details (name, email, and phone number) you provide are yours, accurate, and up to date.

3. Communication and TCPA Consent

You agree that by submitting your contact information to OurHomeHelpers, you are requesting to be matched with local home professionals. You explicitly authorize OurHomeHelpers and up to 4 matched partners to contact you at the phone number and email address you provided. This contact may be initiated via auto-dialers, artificial/pre-recorded voice calls, and text messages (SMS) even if your number is listed on state or federal Do Not Call registries. You understand that this consent is not a prerequisite to purchasing goods or services.

4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

OurHomeHelpers matches you with local contractors as a free service. While we make reasonable effort to partner with reputable providers:

• We do not guarantee the quality, safety, licensing, or legality of the work performed by matched contractors.
• We do not guarantee that your project will be completed, or that matched partners will offer the lowest price.
• OurHomeHelpers shall not be liable for any damages, disputes, losses, or legal claims arising out of your interactions, agreements, or work performed by third-party contractors. We recommend verifying their licensing and insurance prior to starting work.

5. Dispute Resolution

In the event that you experience a dispute with a matched service provider, you agree to resolve the dispute directly with that contractor. You release OurHomeHelpers, its officers, employees, and parent entities from any and all claims and damages resulting from such disputes.

6. Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the OurHomeHelpers platform following any modifications constitutes your agreement to the revised terms.
